I seem to doing a few of these posts in instalments :-)
This time it's the Masai again. These warriors are slightly different from previous posts in terms of their headdress. As before, all shields are hand-painted designs.
The miniatures are 28mm from Wargames Foundry.

DeleteGreat to hear from you.
Absolutly splendid, outstanding job on the shields, don't know how to do this! And great paint work on the skin as well...
ReplyDeleteCheers Phil.
DeleteThe Wargames Foundry website has some really useful pictures which I based the shield designs on.
The skin is done with the extremely useful Reaper Paints Dark Skin Triad.
Man they came out great!!! What an excellent finish you got on them JS!
ReplyDeleteThanks Paul, glad you liked them.
DeleteI have some more on my painting desk right now, just the freehand shield designs left to do on them.
All the best,
