Orcish Conversions

Some recent Orc conversions using parts from a few different plastic miniatures.

Here's the before shot:


From Left to Right - Reaper Bones orc, headswap & greenstuff furs; Bones orc, headswap, Oathmark plastic goblin shield, sword from Wargames Atlantic Afghans, Halberd (WA?); Wargames Atlantic Persian legs & torso, Oathmark arms & head, Afghan shield; WA Halfling with Oathmark arms, head & shield - greenstuff legs.

    1. Thanks Neil, glad you like the skin-tones, I've tried to go for a "sallow" look.

  2. Excellent job. In the process of doing the same to my GW Mordor orcs with parts from Oathmark goblins. Found that GW were very cheeky in supplying 2 sprues exactly the same, hence my conversions.
    By the way really like your orc skin-tones, could you please inform me what you used.

    1. Thanks. I use Reaper Master Series Triad: KHAKI BROWN - plus some washes. Alternatively you could use Vallejo Model Colour English Uniform, Green Brown, and Khaki.
