I have been painting some more miniatures for Matt from Elhiem Figures. This time it's US Airborne which I have painted as the 82nd "All American". These are painted and sculpted in the Normandy uniform which was a different cut & colour to the later gear issued for Market Garden etc.
I really enjoyed painting these & even managed some unit insignia on the arms. The figures are really worth getting if you have any interest in building a US Airborne force in 20mm.
I am just finishing the second batch which will include some special weapons & other interesting figures.
All the best,
John.
