Those Nasty Orcs....

Orcs! Those nasty servants of Morgoth or Sauron and general troublemakers.
This is my first painted unit of 12 using the Oathmark plastic "Goblins" set, along with their metal command figures. I have gone for a "sallow" skintone using a khaki brown triad - not green.
Tufts are from Leadbear's Tufts.

I have started work on my next unit of Dwarves - ideal opponents for the Orcs.

All the best,
John.

    1. Hehe, don't know about lovely, I think they look kind of hideous, but then they are supposed to ;-)

  3. Mightily impressive! Good call on the skin tone. The oath mark orcs and goblins are by far the nicest I've seen in some time, I find myself sorely tempted!

    1. Cheers Alan. Indeed, I have been pleased with them too. Classic Dwarf vs Orc match up, usable from 1st age to 3rd age Middle Earth :-)

    1. Thanks. I use a base of Vallejo English Uniform, highlighted up with Green Brown & Khaki.

Here are some 17th Century character miniatures I finished recently.  28mm metal, mostly from Wargamer Poland: https://sklep.wargamer.pl/gb...
